Digital Products

All digital products are final sale. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Digital downloads

  • Audio files

  • Digital courses or workshops

  • Any instant-access spiritual or educational materials

Because digital products are delivered immediately or made accessible after purchase, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order is completed.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital product, please contact us at [email address]. We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the file or resend the correct download link.

Tarot Readings, Oracle Readings, And Spiritual Services

All tarot readings, oracle readings, intuitive services, spiritual guidance sessions, written readings, voice readings, video readings, and custom spiritual services are final sale once the work has begun.

A refund may not be issued because a customer disagrees with the message, interpretation, spiritual guidance, or energetic insight provided. Readings are interpretive, spiritual, and reflective in nature.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.

Physical Products

For physical products, including printed decks, books, journals, or other shipped items, returns may be accepted only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request help with a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email address] and include:
