This Shipping Policy explains how physical orders from Desi Star Oracle are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Digital products are not shipped. Digital downloads are delivered electronically.

Order Processing Time

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available depending on product type and destination.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. Desi Star Oracle is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees.

Lost, Delayed, Or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Desi Star Oracle is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly and check with neighbors, your local post office, or your delivery location.

We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email address] with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund if approved.
